P90X2 - Here I go…

There are a lot of people who are going to write about their experience with P90X (both 1 and 2) on their first day. When I did P90X, I quickly realized that most everyone can do P1X. Not very many people can do P90X.

This site is going to serve as my online journal to chart my progress and keep you informed about my journey through P90X2. If you’d like to read about my results and experience with P90X, I invite you to read my post, I Completed P90X on my other site (timmilburn.com)

As you can tell by my Day 1 Photo, I’ve let things slide a bit since completing P90X over a year ago. While I’m not as bad as I was when I started my first round of P90X, I still struggle with a bit of weight problem.

While I’ve continued to workout 3-4 days a week, I haven’t maintained the nutrition side of things. I need to eat better. The beauty of the P90X programs is the emphasis on nutrition. In fact, I think eating right gives you about 60% of the results you see if you stick with the program.

My plan is to post updates as often as possible. I’ll do some video, some links to the tools and supplements I use, and my thoughts about the various workouts.
